Does Medflow work for federations as well as PCNs?

Yes. Federations are functionally similar from a tooling perspective — they need the same network-level dashboards, shared policies, and aggregated evidence. Medflow scales from a single PCN to a multi-PCN federation without changing tools.

Can each practice keep its own way of working?

Yes. Member practices retain their local control. The PCN dashboard layers on top — it does not replace each practice's own Medflow Assure instance.
